The Samsung Galaxy S22, S22 Plus, Ultra has a feature called Unlocked in Safe Places to turn on or off the phone’s security options.

What is Unlocked in Safe Places?

Unlocked in Safe Places is used when locking the phone with a password or fingerprint is unnecessary.

Since it is not needed to enter a pin every time the phone is used, this can be a very handy feature and make it easier to use the smartphone.

For example, when you are home, the constant unlocking of the phone can be annoying.

In this example, the locking features such as a PIN or fingerprint can be set to automatically turn off.

The security features will automatically turn back on after four hours or when you leave the location.

The Galaxy S22 uses Geo location to turn on and off the security features with a single or multiple locations that can be selected.

- Swipe down and tap the Settings icon.

- Scroll down, find and click Lock Screen.

- Select Smart Lock .

- If there is a Pin, enter it in.

- Click Add Trusted Place .
 
- A map will appear; select the location of the trusted place .
